Performance Improvement Workshop: October 26, 2018

One of the most important roles of managers and supervisors is to create work environments where people are successful. The
University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services (UT CIS) and the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) - Tennessee Chapter are offering a one-day workshop that will give managers and supervisors the tools to address workplace performance gaps for themselves and their teams.

Date: October 26, 2018; 8:30-4:30 Central Time
Cost: $750 (includes lunch and free parking)
Where: Wirtgen America | Center for Training and Technology (CTT)
6040 Dana Way, Antioch, TN 37013

To enroll:

This one-day workshop, based on the work of Dr. Roger Chevalier, teaches managers, supervisors, and trainers how to use a systematic approach to define, address, and eliminate gaps in workplace performance.

The workshop is most effective when you bring a performance issue from your workplace and apply the skills and tools from the workshop to that performance gap. Upon documentation of the intervention and evaluation, you can earn a Performance Improvement Practitioner certificate from ISPI.

About The Presenter

James E. (Jim) Morrison is a retired Commander from the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
